What I source

If it's physical and made in China, I can source it: hardware, merch, food, perishables, consumer goods, packaging, literally anything. Below is what I run most often. Don't see your category? Send it anyway.

PCB & PCBA

Board fabrication and component assembly. The Shenzhen ecosystem is the deepest PCB supply chain in the world. For most boards you can get prototypes in 5 to 7 days and production runs in 2 to 3 weeks at unit costs domestic shops can't touch.

What I can source

  • 2–16 layer boards (rigid, flex, rigid-flex)
  • HASL, ENIG, immersion silver, OSP finishes
  • Component sourcing (active, passive, ICs from authorized distributors or grey market with full traceability)
  • Full SMT and through-hole assembly
  • In-circuit and functional testing

Typical MOQ

50 boards for prototype runs · 500+ for cost-optimized production.

Injection-molded plastics

Custom tooling and high-volume plastic part production. Once you've cut steel, per-unit economics drop fast. My network covers lower-MOQ family shops and larger operations for runs over 50K units.

What I can source

  • Single-cavity and multi-cavity tooling (steel and aluminum)
  • ABS, PC, PP, TPU, and engineered plastics
  • Overmolding and 2-shot molding
  • Post-processing: painting, printing, ultrasonic welding, assembly
  • Tooling DFM review before you cut steel. Most issues that would cause sink, warp, or short shots can be caught here

Typical MOQ

1,000+ units on the first run after tooling.

Precision metal parts in aluminum, steel, brass, and titanium. Useful for enclosures, structural components, mounting brackets, and anything where you need tight tolerances and a material you can hand to a customer.

What I can source

  • 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC
  • Tolerances down to ±0.02mm (for the right material and feature)
  • Sheet metal: laser cut, bent, welded, finished
  • Surface finishes: anodizing, powder coating, brushing, bead-blasting, electroplating

Typical MOQ

1 unit for prototypes · 100+ for cost-optimized runs.

Full product assembly

All components into a packaged final product. The factory takes your PCB, enclosure, battery, and cables, packs them in your retail box, and ships to your warehouse.

What I can source

  • Final assembly with full QC at every station
  • Custom retail packaging (foam, cardboard, printed boxes)
  • Manuals, regulatory documentation, accessories
  • Final-product testing (functional, drop, environmental) to your spec
  • Direct-to-consumer fulfillment from China if you want to skip the warehouse step

Typical MOQ

Varies by product; usually 500+ for the first run.

Apparel & headwear

Startup swag and DTC merch: caps, hoodies, tees, beanies. The unit economics on China-sourced apparel beat domestic by 40 to 70% at almost any volume above 200 units. Quality is comparable or better when you have someone (me) on the factory floor doing QC.

What I can source

  • Tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, quarter-zips
  • Caps (5/6-panel, dad, snapback), beanies, bucket hats
  • Decoration: screen print, embroidery, sublimation, DTG, woven patches
  • Custom blanks (cut-and-sew) when stock blanks don't fit your brand
  • Tags, labels, packaging, fully private-label finish

Typical MOQ

100–300 units depending on style and decoration.
