- Bags & accessories: totes, drawstring bags, pouches, stickers (MOQ 100–500)

## Pricing

- $100 deposit to start (covers sourcing work + sample run, refunded on first shipment)
- 8% of total shipment cost, taken at shipment
- Factory cost, freight, and customs itemized on every invoice — no hidden fees

## Process (5 steps, 2–8 weeks spec to shipment)

1. Intake — submit a spec (drawings, BOM, napkin sketch). TJ responds within 24 hours.
2. Quotes — TJ contacts 3–5 factories, negotiates in Mandarin, returns one recommended path in 5–7 business days.
3. Samples — factory ships samples to your door in 10–18 days. TJ does QC on the factory floor before they ship.
4. Decision — approve, iterate, or cancel. No pressure.
5. Production & shipping — TJ manages production milestones and QC. Freight, customs, and last-mile handled.
